We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BassWave for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of BassWave at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption of service. Updates delivered through the Chrome Web Store may change functionality.
BassWave is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every website or audio source. Audio processing results depend on the source material and your hardware.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Your continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
