These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BassWave Chrome extension ("the extension") and any associated services. By installing or using BassWave you agree to these Terms.

1. The extension

BassWave is a browser extension that uses the Web Audio API to enhance the bass of audio playing in Chrome tabs. The free tier includes all core audio-processing features. A Pro tier with additional presets may be purchased through ExtensionPay.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BassWave for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

The Pro tier is sold as a one-time purchase (lifetime license for the purchaser). Payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to their respective terms of service.

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the product, no refunds are offered after purchase. Please test all free features before purchasing. For technical issues, contact us via GitHub Issues.

4. Availability and updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of BassWave at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption of service. Updates delivered through the Chrome Web Store may change functionality.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

BassWave is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every website or audio source. Audio processing results depend on the source material and your hardware.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BassWave and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Your continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
